Order Processing
All orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is received. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding holidays.
Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Shipping
Crocoderm Naturals currently ships within the United States.
Estimated delivery times vary depending on the shipping carrier and destination but typically range between 2–7 business days after shipment.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances beyond our control, including carrier delays, weather conditions, or high shipping volumes.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout. Crocoderm Naturals is not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.
Lost or Delayed Packages
If your package appears to be lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at info@crocoderm.com so we can assist you in working with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue.
Returns
You have [30] days from the date of purchase to return an item.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, with original packaging.
If you receive a product that is damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include your order number and photos of the issue. We will review the situation and work to resolve it promptly.
Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be issued to the original payment method used during purchase.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement depending on your payment provider.
Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is the result of an error on our part.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled if they have not yet been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be canceled.
